Our dishwasher repair was a smooth and seamless process. They were able to schedule us quickly and once the part came in we were notified immediately. Dean installed the part in less than 30 minutes and was professional throughout the entire process. Great service and I would use this company again if needed!

What really stood out was how flexible and accommodating he was—he coordinated seamlessly around my busy schedule and my children’s events, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I tried using another repair service out of Belvidere and was overcharged for a worthless attempt at a repair. I should’ve called these guys first. I met Phillip, who was nothing shy of stellar. This young man is extremely thorough and diligent. Its once in a decade you meet someone that is as good at their job and appreciative of their opportunity as he is. Great service! Called for a check up on my dryer. Was smelling like something was burning and within an hour, a tech was at my door. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, good service

Called on a Monday morning, Nick their technician was here in a couple of hours. He was very professional and extremely considerate. He found the issue, also checked to make sure there were no other problems, we did need a new part. By Friday Nick had returned and replaced the part! Wonderful service, if I need any appliance repairs in the future Ghost will be my first call.

The repairman sent was very nice and personable. Definitely will be calling them for any appliance breakdowns.
